It came, it came, thank EVERYONE it came!
When I typed that blog journal yesterday, I just knew it!
I went to the post office at 10:15, no envelope, I asked at the desk and they said there was tons of mail and to come back (Of course I would be back, no matter what their answer was).
I went back at 11:25, no envelope. ARGH!
I went back at 5:30, OH MY GOSH! An envelope, awfully thin, pretty boring, white, to Robert Teague from the Department of Homeland Security! Oh my gosh, the tears start! It's amazing that one little tiny letter stating that we have "Favorable Determination to bring home one child from China" could mean SO MUCH!
We will certify at the County courthouse on Monday, and Tuesday I will take it to San Francisco to the Secretary of State's Office and then to the Chinese Consulate. Our agency should have it by Friday, and hopefully our Dossier will be IN China by April 5th!
