I see many, many more occasions where we will hang out in the future (hopefully at the pool: adult side, please!)We also got to meet Mary Mia's parents, and they are so sweet and nice!!! Now we know how MaryMia got that way (haha). Pat, MaryMia's mom brought me a square for my 100 wishes quilt. She even applique'd it with little butterflies, and ladybugs. So sweet!!
There was another family there, the Hoyt's and they are wonderful as well. They have a little boy James who is the same age as Austin. They had a BLAST!!!
Playing horseshoes, playing with race cars, and just getting to know eachother! Austin declared his favorite part was learning to play the tuba with Rod. Rod is going to be such a great daddy, he has unending patience!

Looks like you had a great day! This must have been the weekend for blogging buddies to get together. It stinks that you are so far away as it would be great to meet...

It was great getting to meet the three of you, including your mom. Looking forward to many more get togethers.

Lisa..I'm with you. I am so jealous. It would be great to have a bloggers Party. Where's the halfway point?
Hey Stacey! We had so much fun with you guys! I think we might have to get Austin a "More Tuba!" t-shirt.
Awesome day, and looking forward to doing again very soon. Hey I just noticed my mom posted on your blog. How funny!
And to answer Lori's question -- I think you live in Florida, is that right? If so, I think San Antonio Texas is right around the halfway mark. And it's a GOOD place for a party. Vegas isn't quite near the halfway mark, but it's another good option because there are tons of cheap flights and hotel deals. Hmmmm, might be time to set up our very own blogging convention...
I want a beer and a tuba!! Looks like you two had a blast!!
Jealous in NC....
Sounds like fun but I do have a couple of questions. Did you meet the serial killer cat while you were there? Was he as scary in real life?
