Thank you ALL and look...

First of all, thank you all for your wonderful support and all of your great advise. I really like the vitamin suggestion because we are already doing that. I also liked the "dip dip" suggestion, and all of the others. I'm giong to go to Whole Foods and look for the veggie powder this weekend. That being said. I'm going to offer veggies at every meal. It will be the first thing offered and then the rest of the meal will be offered.... I will continue vitamins.

Oh and here is the kicker.....look at this face:

Doesn't that look like the face of a happy boy eating his corn doggy goodness?? How about if I told you it was a veggie corndog and he LOVED it!!!! HAHAHAAHAAHAHAH

Stacey...
way back when Catie came home in 2001, she would eat anything...then it stopped, especially veggies and meat of any kind...the texture thing was just not what she was going to do...I got VERY frustrated....so i pureed tofu and put it in pasta sauce, and she wouldn't eat eggs, but I made her french toast and she gobbled it up...

I read this great book on kids and eating, and it said that you can give a child a food 25 times or more before they will try it...

pour a big glass of wine, and keep on giving them veggies...eventually they'll eat some.....

however, Catie's almost 7, and her recent pickiness is about to put me in the crazy house!

and Meigan eats everything!..loves and asks for hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes, salad...she even drinks V8 juice (which makes me gag, unless it's in a bloody mary)

it never ends!!

good luck!!

Hey Stacey - That reminds me. Morning Star now makes these new Breakfast Veggie Bites (in the frozen food section).

They look like chicken nuggets, which my kids LOVE. So I call them breakfast nuggets. Tried them on Charlotte this weekend (Gillian was gone camping) and she gobbled them up.

They come in 3 flavors. Might be a good thing to look for.

Oh - Also, I baked them instead of microwave. Makes them extra crunchy. :)

They are quite yummy.
