Our 1st FCC Campout

Olema Campsite, originally uploaded by Wavesprite.

This weekend we went to Olema/Pt Reyes for our first (hopefully of many) Northern California FCC campouts. We had so much fun meeting new people, sleeping under the stars, eating Smores, and just hanging out. Over 300 people were there. I think we travelled the farthest to get there, but it was worth it. We lengthened our trip my moving camp on Sunday (when everyone left) to Petaluma to a campground that had more amenities for the kids, like a great playground and pool!

Sounds like you had a great time! I can't wait until our weather is warmer here in Nova Scotia, Can. so I can do some camping too.

Smiles! :o)
