Well, today we went to the Monster Truck races in Salinas. Austin was so excited he woke up at 6:30 this morning, and I have to wonder if he slept much last night. This boy never ever falls asleep anywhere, not in the car, not on airplanes, not anywhere! Well, he fell asleep at the races. It was pretty funny. We were there about 15 minutes and he started complaining that he was tired.....he wanted to go home. I couldn't believe it!
Anyways, Monster Truck races are just like the WWF (I assume). I'm not a big monster truck person or WWF, but if I had to bet, I would say that everything we saw today was staged!
I would totally suggest going at least one time to see those massive trucks jumping around. Especially when they flip over!
